We ship worldwide via YunExpress and USPS. But not all shipping methods are available in all locations. We will choose the best method for your location.
- What about International Custom Duties, Taxes, Tariffs?
You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. CircumToy is not responsible for these charges. Certain products may have restrictions or other regulations that may prohibit delivery to your country. IMPORTANT: Please contact your local customs department for more information.

- How do I place an order with us?
All orders need to be placed through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone or through email or chat. Our website offers a secure checkout and many options to manage your account. Customer Service is available and ready to assist you if you should have questions along the way!
- What payment methods does CircumToy accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
- How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
- Why to pre-order items?
When you preorder an item from us, you are reserving it for shipment upon release from the manufacturer. You will have more chances to get the item, than if you wait until the release date. Our system will accommodate the orders on a first come first serve basis.
- Is my preorder guaranteed?
We will always try to fulfill all orders. In some cases there are manufacturer delays in delivery, shortages, allocations, changes or cancellation of the products which we are not responsible for.
- How do I cancel my order?

- How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please kindly update your shipping address to your residential address
- When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China and United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
- When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is depending on your locations, but generally it will take 10-14 business days. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
